🕒 Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item for a refund.
Please make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
❌ Non-returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made products.
This includes any clothing that has been personalised with your own design, logo, text, or image.
These items are made especially for you and cannot be resold — therefore they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
✅ Eligible Items for Return
You can return the following:
Non-customised items (e.g., items from our pre-designed collections)
Items received damaged or with a manufacturing defect (even if customised)
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at contact@customprintsera.com, and include clear photos of the issue.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
📦 How to Return an Item

We will confirm if your return is eligible and provide instructions
Package the item securely and send it back to the return address provided
Keep the proof of postage until your refund is confirmed
